I have had 2 claims. Both were handled quickly and efficiently.
The only problem I have ever had was when I called to get a quote on a car I might buy. I was told I had to give the VIN to get a quote. I provided the VIN, got the quote. Then a few weeks later I received a bill because the car I didn’t end up buying was added to my policy. I don’t know how that happened, but it was quickly rectified with one phone call.
