$100 Sugar Coated Esthetics Gift Card Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

A purchase, payment, or acquisition of any insurance product or service is not required to enter or win this giveaway. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor.

3. Eligibility.

Open to legal residents of the State of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and licensed representatives of Connor Insurance Agency, Incorporated, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period.

This giveaway begins September 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter.

During the Entry Period, complete the entry form above with your name and email address, and indicate whether you are a North Carolina resident. One (1) base entry is earned per completed and eligible form submission.

Additional Entries: entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for each of the following Connor Insurance Agency social media accounts they indicate they follow: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (up to six (6) additional entries total, for a maximum of seven (7) entries per entrant). Following status is self-reported at time of entry and is not independently verified by Sponsor.

6. Entry Limitations.

Limit one (1) entry form submission per person. Entries submitted by script, macro, bot, or any automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to submit multiple entry forms or otherwise circumvent these entry limits.

7. Prize.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100.00 gift card to Sugar Coated Esthetics, 6255 NC Highway 150 E, Suite F, Denver, NC 28037. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or prize substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any gift card that is lost, stolen, or otherwise becomes unusable after delivery to winner.

8. Winner Selection & Notification.

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around October 16, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Insurance Regulatory Compliance.

This promotion is conducted in compliance with North Carolina insurance laws and regulations, including but not limited to N.C.G.S. § 58-63-15 (anti-rebating). This giveaway is not conditioned upon the purchase, renewal, continuation, or modification of any insurance policy or product. No insurance advice, quote, or solicitation is made or implied by participation in this giveaway. This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any insurance carrier.

10. Platform Release.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Entrants release each of these platforms from any liability in connection with this giveaway.

11. Privacy.

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administration of the giveaway and will not be sold to third parties. By entering, participants consent to the Sponsor’s use of their contact information for giveaway administration and follow-up.

12. General Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration or integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. This promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law.
