As our Client Connection Coordinator, Marcella is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit our office or the first voice you’ll hear when you call. She is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every client and takes pride in making sure each interaction is helpful, personable, and positive. Originally from New York, Marcella has called North Carolina home for the past 12 years. Before joining Connor Insurance Agency, she worked as a Realtor, where she developed a passion for helping people through some of life’s biggest decisions.
Outside of the office, Marcella has been happily married for 26 years and is the proud mom of a 23-year-old daughter. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, decorating her home, enjoying a Starbucks coffee, and making memories with family and friends. Her warm personality and genuine love for connecting with others make her a wonderful part of the Connor Insurance Agency team.
